Terms and Conditions:

Members Survey – Free ASM Registration and Travel Grant Competition

The 2025 Annual Members Survey is an initiative of ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group Ltd Trading as Breast Cancer Trials (‘BCT’) to measure members engagement with the organisation.

All members who complete the survey will go in the draw to win registration and a travel grant to cover all costs and registration to attend the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held from 23-25 July 2025, in Hobart, Tasmania.

The survey commences on 1 May 2025 and ends on 25 May 2025.

By completing the members survey, the participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General:

1. To be eligible for one free registration on offer for the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), participants must be a member of BCT.
2. Participants must have completed the members survey and answered the competition question.
3. BCT Staff and ASM delegates who already have their registration paid for, are not eligible for the prize.

Privacy:

1. BCT respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects.
2. Responses to the members survey are anonymous.
3. More information about the management of personal information, including storage and use, access and correction, and removal is included in our Privacy Policy.

Prizes:

1. One competition winner will be drawn.
2. The competition prize is one full free 2025 ASM registration for a BCT member, as well as a travel grant capped at $2,000 (AUD), to assist with flights and accommodation.
3. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward, and cannot be offered to a third party.
4. If a winner has already registered and paid for the ASM, will have their registration fee refunded.
5. The winner will be notified by 28 May 2025.
6. The winner will have 7 days from the time and date of the notification to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, the prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo claims to the prize.
