Give women like Suzanne more good years.
Your gift today can help our researchers find new ways to prevent, treat and cure breast cancer.
Suzanne kept a diary after her first breast cancer diagnosis 16 years ago. She wrote down what treatments she had, any side effects she experienced, and how she was feeling physically and emotionally.
“There’s a few swear words when I wasn’t feeling very good.
I can remember writing everything. It’s like I’m reliving it,” she says.
In the years after she finished treatment, Suzanne and her husband travelled and watched their family grow to include seven grandchildren.
Suzanne knows that it took years of research to find the right treatments that helped her survive and enjoy many precious years after her first diagnosis – research funded by generous people like you.
“I can’t believe how lucky I am to be alive. I am so grateful that I’ve been given these chances.” Suzanne shared.
But too many women still suffer from devastating side effects, and too many lives are still cut short.
Will you support the clinical trials research that can give women like Suzanne more good years by sending a gift today?
And when you donate over $50 you can purchase the Australian Women’s Health Diary for just $12, including shipping.
